Zdania warunkowe angielski – ćwiczenia z rozwiązaniami

Zdania warunkowe w języku angielskim najlepiej utrwalać przez ćwiczenia. Najpierw przypomnij sobie, czy warunek dotyczy faktu, realnej przyszłości, sytuacji hipotetycznej czy przeszłości, której nie da się zmienić.

Szybka ściąga – cztery tryby warunkowe

Każde zdanie warunkowe składa się z if-clause, czyli części z warunkiem, oraz main clause, czyli części opisującej rezultat.

Ćwiczenie 1 – przetłumacz zdania

Przetłumacz zdania na język angielski. Zwróć uwagę na typ podany w nawiasie:

1. Jeśli idziesz na zakupy, kup mleko. (Zero Conditional)
2. Jeśli będziesz miał czas, zadzwoń do mnie wieczorem. (First Conditional)
3. Gdybyś miał więcej czasu, nauczyłbyś się grać na gitarze. (Second Conditional)
4. Gdybyś poszedł na imprezę, spotkałbyś jej brata. (Third Conditional)
5. Gdybyś mi teraz pomógł, skończylibyśmy szybciej. (Second Conditional)
6. Jeśli przyjdziesz na czas, poczekamy na ciebie przed kinem. (First Conditional)
7. Jeśli mieszasz wodę z olejem, nie mieszają się one. (Zero Conditional)
8. Gdybyś zdał egzamin, świętowalibyśmy razem. (Third Conditional)

Ćwiczenie 2 – uzupełnij czasowniki

Wpisz czasowniki w odpowiedniej formie. Sprawdź, czy czasownik znajduje się w if-clause, czy w main clause:

2. She __________ (not be) tired if she __________ (go) to bed earlier.

Przepisz każde zdanie w poprawnej formie:

5. If she had knew about the rain, she would have taken an umbrella.

Na co uważać?

Podczas rozwiązywania zadań sprawdź przede wszystkim te elementy:

• Po if zwykle nie używamy will w First Conditional – mówimy If I have time, nie If I will have time.
• W Second Conditional stosujemy często were dla każdej osoby, na przykład If I were you.
• W Third Conditional część z warunkiem wymaga had + III forma, a rezultat would have + III forma.
• Nie mieszaj would z will, jeśli całe zdanie opisuje ten sam typ warunku.
